Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 3 working days of receiving your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit times. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated dispatch date specified on the product page at the time of purchase. Please be aware that pre-order dates are estimates and may be subject to delays due to production schedules, supplier availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly if there are any changes to your expected dispatch date.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are available, unless you request otherwise.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
